I have restless legs when lying in bed
symptoms: what do I feel?
Restless legs are defined by an irrepressible urge to move the legs that generally occurs when falling asleep. This symptom is most likely to happen if the bedroom temperature is high: therefore, patients might feel the urge to remove the covers seeking some coolness, sometimes requiring the use of a fan.
This symptom isn’t specific to varicose veins, and can be a condition of its own, with no known cause, called restless leg syndrome.
